ReplyDeleteIndeed a very big thank you to Neil and Peter for such sterling work, year in, year out. I often listen to The Archers at bedtime and not infrequently fall asleep before the end of the episode, so reading you blog not only ensures that I don't miss anything, but often is much more entertaining than the programme itself! I've been listening to last year's episodes... which made me realise that although we all hated Rob Titchener with a passion and often found listening to the programme uncomfortable, his and Helen's story made such great radio! Lilian and Justin's 'will they, won't they?' somehow doesn't come close.
